Inventory rent

RENTAL AGREEMENT AND RULES FOR RENTING BICYCLES, SCOOTERS, SEGWAYS, ELECTRICAL CARS AS WELL AS OTHER INVENTORY

Bicycles (OR OTHER INVENTORIES)........................................................................................ shall Rented to persons under 16 years of age, upon presentation of a personal identification document and upon signing a contract. The rented INVENTORY is not insured against theft or other damage, so the renter shall be liable financially for the rented inventory and the damage thereof in accordance with the rates specified in the rental transfer / acceptance deed, and on the basis of the following terms and conditions of renting bicycles and ancillary equipment (INVENTORY):

  1. 1. RENTAL CONDITIONS
    1.1 By signing the Deed of the Acceptance of the INVENTORY, the RENTER agrees and confirms that the rented INVENTORY has been inspected and is suitable for use and that there are no any complaints regarding the condition of the INVENTORY;
    1.2 The RENTOR has provided all necessary information to the RENTER about the peculiarities of the use of the rented INVENTORY;
    1.3 The RENTER is physically fit and healthy to use the rented INVENTORY and has all the necessary skills and experience.

1.4 The RENTER is familiar with and understands the price of the INVENTORY, the INVENTORY rental price, and the INVENTORY's repair rates if the rented INVENTORY is damaged by him/her. The repair rates are taken from the company servicing the INVENTORY.

  1. 2.1 By signing the present Deed, the RENTER confirms that the has been transferred to the RENTER in an orderly, operational and complete set. In the event of the return to the RENTOR of damaged or incomplete INVENTORY due to the fault of the RENTER , the damages shall be fully compensated by the RENTER.
    2.2 The RENTOR shall have a right to demand from the RENTER a security for the rented INVENTORY.
    2.3 The INVENTORY shall be returned to the RENTOR at a mutually agreed (specified) time. In the event, if the INVENTORY is returned later, the rental price will be recalculated for the entire period of use, in accordance with the applicable or individually agreed rates.
  2. 3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE RENTER
    3.1 The RENTER shall have the a to use the rented INVENTORY on the basis of the signed Deed of the Transfer-Acceptance of Bicycles (the INVENTORY).
    3.2 After returning the property to the RENTOR in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the deed, the RENTOR confirms the fact of the return of the INVENTORY by his signature.
    3.3 The RENTER shall keep safe and save the rented INVENTORY and use in accordance with the purpose thereof.
    3.4 The RENTER shall be obliged to pay for the services basing on the RENTOR’S rental rates.
    3.5 The RENTER shall be obliged to inform the RENTOR as soon as possible about any failures and loss of the INVENTORY as well as about the extending of its return term.
    3.6 In compliance with the RENTOR’S rules, the RENTER shall be obliged to cover losses caused to the INVENTORY by his own fault in accordance with the written rates.
  3. 4. OBLIGATIONS:
    4.1 The RENTER shall be fully and unconditionally liable for the use of the rented INVENTORY within the period of time from the transfer to the return thereof.
    4.2 The RENTER shall be fully responsible for his/her health and life during the use of the INVENTORY.
    4.2 The RENTOR shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the RENTER to third parties during the period of use of the INVENTORY.
